The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD112A-024-NG0-BN synchronous motor boasts high dynamics due to its advantageous torque to inertia mass ratio, offering great overload capacity. It provides effective heat dissipation from the motor's stator windings to its external housing. With lifetime lubrication of its planetary gearings, this product requires low maintenance and is suitable for use in printing and packaging machines. It doesn't include a holding brake and is designed to operate in temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. The motor features individual plug connections for power and temperature sensor and encoder feedback. However, the device should not be installed if faulty or damaged, and must be securely attached for load bearing. It holds an IP 65 protection class when installed correctly and can be oriented horizontally or vertically. Application of additional varnishing on the housing should not exceed 40µm thickness.
