The MHD112B-024-NP0-BN is a high-quality synchronous motor from the MHD series by Indramat Bosch Rexroth, suitable for a variety of applications such as packaging machines and food processing. The brushless design ensures the motor is maintenance-free while enhancing its reliability and longevity. A highlight feature is its digital servo feedback encoder, facilitating a quick and easy startup. This motor has a liquid-cooling housing type and a 024 winding code for efficient data transmission. The 112 motor frame size encompasses a 192mm flange and a 130mm centering diameter. The construction is robust, with a shaft, stator with winding, rotor with permanent magnets, and a shaft sealing ring made from special materials for low inertia mass. The shaft with a keyway output is designed for easy connection to motor shafts and conforms to DIN 332 requirements. It features side B cable output, 28.0 Nm continuous torque, 3500min-1 rated speed, 4.9A rated current, and maximum 4000rpm speed.
