The MHD112B-035-PP1-AN, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an advanced synchronous motor demonstrating the latest in motion control technology. This compact model features a 24V motor holding brake, generates 22 Nm of clamping torque to keep the servo axis stationary and can be installed in any approved mounting positions such as IMB5, IMV1, and IMV3. It boasts a 192 mm flange design and a 130mm centering diameter. With an IP65 rating, it offers optimum protection against harsh environmental conditions. Two cooling modes — surface and natural — are selectable depending on the operational scenario. A standard bearing and a tapered output shaft are integrated to provide steady torque of 13.5 – 33.1 Nm, supported by a constant power range of 8.9 – 21.7 A. The operational voltage spans from 280 – 294 V for natural cooling and 307 V for surface cooling. This model, suitable for use at 0 to +40 degree Celsius, features Class-F insulation and is capped with an integrated absolute encoder for precise shaft speed and position control.
