The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD112B-048-NG0-AN is a high-quality synchronous motor, part of Bosch Rexroth's digital intelligent drive series. It must be operated with the firm's specifically designed drive controller. With both natural and surface cooling modes, the rated current requirement ranges between 6.9 – 16.9 A and 27.5 A respectively. When static, it generates a continuous torque of 28/33 Nm (natural cooling) or 42 Nm (surface cooling), drawing continuous current from 35.6 – 53.4 A. Usage areas include machine tools, robotics, printing and handling systems, among others. The motor is not designed with a holding brake, but is fitted with a plain power output shaft in the housing. Rated power output ranges from 2.7 – 11 kW, under input power voltage of 227 – 251 VAC. The IP65-protected casing ensures operational resilience in harsh conditions. The motor uses digital servo feedback for accurate relative position detection and features power connections at the top. Tenability across various mounting positions is facilitated by a 130 mm centering diameter.
