The MHD112B-048-NP1-BN is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat synchronous motor with the power connection located on the B side. It comes with a DIN 6885-1 compliant keyway shaft and a shaft sealing ring, along with a 22Nm holding brake. The motor, rated at 187Hz and 2800 min-1 speed, has Class F insulation per DIN VDE 0530 standards. The brushless design ensures less heat dissipation and maintenance-free operation. The flange design allows for easy attachment of external components. The low inertia synchronous motor, constructed using special magnet materials, has a torque constant of 0.88Nm/A at 20𝇈C. For safety reasons, only trained individuals should operate the equipment. Its holding brake weighs 1.1kg and features a 3.6 x 10-4 moment of inertia with a voltage constant of 80V/1,000min-1. Its total length is 375mm and requires properly seated O-rings when mounting the motor flange socket covers with a sealing air connector.
