Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MHD112C-035-PP0-BN is a maintenance-free servo motor from its high-performing MHD series to provide quick, smart automation to various industries, ranging from machine tooling to food processing. This low-inertia and high-reliability permanent-magnet motor excels in continuous start-stop operations due to its electronic commutation, coupled with high overload ability. Heat generated by stator windings is efficiently dissipated through the motor housing, minimizing overheating risks with integrated thermal sensors. The sealed IP 65-rated housing ensures resistance to dust, solids, and water jets. With its digital servo feedback and inbuilt multiturn absolute encoder, the MHD112C-035-PP0-BN can precisely detect and retain the axis absolute position, even after a power cut. Its nominal operating speed stands at 2500 rpm, surging to a maximum speed of 4000 rpm, with a peak current requirement of 139.5A.
