The MHD112D-024-NG2-RN, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a part of the IndraDyn S (MSK) synchronous motors series, designed for use as servo and primary drive motors in a variety of machinery such as those found in packaging, paper-processing, and machine tools industries. This motor employs a 24 winding code which determines its electrical output, and features a 32.0 Nm electrically-releasing holding brake for securing the servo axis in a non-powered state. It is equipped with right-facing power and encoder connectors, including a temperature sensor to prevent thermal overload, and relies on convection for cooling. The motor housing is primed with black paint for resistance against environmental wear and tear, with an insulation class F and an IP 65 protection class according to DIN VDE 0470 standards, providing guard against extrinsic objects, dust, and water.
