The MHD112D-024-PP3-AN, developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a high-performance industrial servo motor. Utilized with a compatible drive controller, it regulates motor speed, position, and electrical power supply. The integrated encoder sensor tracks speed and position, connecting to the controller through a feedback cable, while motor power is supplied via a separate power cable. This flange mounted motor featuring a 192mm flange, is installed using four mounting screws. With a 130mm centering diameter, a 526mm long housing, and a 32mm shaft that offers 60mm accessibility outside the housing, the motor incorporates a key within its shaft. Rated for 70 Nm, the 3.8kg holding brake is accompanied by optional 22 Nm and 32 Nm brakes. The motor housing allows natural convection and surface cooling, recommended for 0 to 40 degrees Celsius operations restricted to altitudes of 0 to 1000 meters. Operating outside these conditions requires output current derating.
