The MHD112D-027-NP3-AN is a superior performing synchronous motor in the Bosch Rexroth MHD series. Used in rapid-response automation systems, these motors are ideally paired with Indramat's intelligent drive controllers. Targeted towards machine tools, mounting systems, and printing industries, this model stands out for its low inertia, high-dynamic operations through the utilization of high-quality permanent magnets. The motor operates reliably under frequent start-stop cycles due to its electrical commutation. An additional feature is the capability to support direct overhung mounting because of its robust bearings designed to withstand high radial loads. The motor has low maintenance needs, given its brushless design and 30,000 operational hours of lifetime-lubricated bearings. Features like integrated digital servo feedback with a built-in data memory allow for easy motor startup and accurate adaptation to the drive controller, store motor parameters, and control loop data. It also includes a 24V rated DC voltage holding brake and a durable shaft with a sealing ring and keyway as per DIN 6885-1 standards.
