The MHD115A-024-PG1-BA, crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an industrial servo motor in the MDD synchronous motor series. Cooling for this model is facilitated via natural convection and surface cooling, suitable for low and high torque requirements respectively. The output behavior varies with the cooling method: for instance, under natural convection at 60K overtemperature, it generates constant standstill torque and current of 32 Nm and 21.7 Amps accordingly. For surface cooling, these values increase to 48 Nm and 32.6 Amps. The motor's peak speed is 4000 RPM while its operational speed is 2000 RPM. The motor itself weighs 30 kg, and its 24-Volt brake weighs an additional 3.8 kg, generating 70 Nm holding torque. Digital servo feedback is supported utilizing an integrated encoder.
