Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MHD115A-035-PP1-RA is a synchronous motor with a built-in multiturn absolute encoder for digital servo feedback. Operable under harsh environmental conditions due to its closed design, the motor requires correct alignment and mounting before use. It maintains a continuous torque of 32Nm and a current of 26.9A at a standstill when using natural convection cooling. Regular cleaning is essential to prevent operational issues caused by dust or shavings. The motor's bearings are rated for 30,000 operating hours per ISO 281. The device employs a DIN 6885-1 standard keyway shaft, with a winding inductivity of 5.8mH. Servicing the bearings should only be performed by authorized personnel. Used in handling and automation systems, the motor has standard power and encoder connectors. It should avoid extreme temperature fluctuations and improper connections that may cause high electrical voltage. The model's installation is recommended at altitudes below 1,000m.
