The MHD115B-024-NG0-BN, designed and produced by industry-renowned Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a top-tier synchronous motor built with cutting-edge technology. Utilizing permanent magnets and electronic commutation, this servo motor is intended for cost-effective automation systems in industries such as machine tools, paper processing, and food packaging machinery. Given surface cooling and efficient heat dissipation, it showcases exceptional overload capabilities. It features a built-in optical encoder for indirect relative position recording which, combined with a data memory, ensures rapid startup and smooth running via a plain shaft. The motor can reach a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM. Its exterior, painted in black prime coated to RAL 9005, resists weathering, chalking, and exposure to diluted acids and lyes. The model, having IP 65 protection, can withstand harsh environments protecting against dust, water jets, and shocks.
