The MHD115B-024-PG1-AN, a synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth's MHD series, is known for its rapid-response system when partnered with Indramat's intelligent digital drive controllers, offering high operational reliability and low inertia mass. Equipped with a temperature monitoring system with thermal sensors in the windings, the motor efficiently prevents overload damage. It also utilizes a digital servo feedback motor encoder system with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder that offers system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes. The motor's completely sealed housing, able to withstand poor environmental conditions, has an ingress protection rating of IP 65, and features a weather, coloring, and chalky residue-resistant prime black coat. Furthermore, it features a holding brake with a holding torque of 70Nm that ensures motor axis stability when de-energized, and a friction-locked shaft-hub connection facilitated by a plain shaft with a sealing ring.
