The MHD115B-024-PG1-LA is a synchronous motor developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Equipped with both feedback and power connectors, the unit receives power via flange sockets with either bayonet catch or screwed connections. The motor can incorporate either an axial or radial blower, and can only be wired by trained personnel due to safety considerations. The operation range is between 0°C and 40°C, although variations may occur depending on environmental conditions. Its load-carrying capacity depends on shock-absorbing attachments. IP 65 protection is in place for the housing, connectors, and output shaft if correctly installed. Suitable for both horizontal/vertical installation, the housing displays a RAL 9005 prime coat varnish. With a size code of 115, its holding brake only operates in standstill mode. The shaft ring generates frictional heat, producing a continuous torque of 50Nm and current of 32.3A at 60K. Handling radial and axial forces, the unit's maximum allowable axial force varies with the radial force. The motor is shipped in high-standard, military-grade packaging.
