The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD115B-035-NG1-BA is a high-performance synchronous motor characterized by its 133Hz rated frequency and compliance with DIN 42950's B05 design standards. Special precautions must be observed during transport and storage, as the motor should not be dropped or tipped, and can only be lifted with crane sling belts. This unit, featuring a prime black RAL 9005 varnish coating on its housing, is mechanically mounted before electrical connection, in line with the machine manufacturer's circuit diagram. The motor can only be operated after ensuring the reliability of its holding brake and executing a grind in action every 48 hours. Built with a brushless design, power connector with bayonet lock, and bearings with a lifespan of 30,000 operating hours, it is designed to deliver reliable, high-dynamic performance. The motor is also fitted with a digital servo feedback encoder and has a theoretical maximum torque output of 160Nm.
