The MHD115B-058-NG0-LA, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an MHD synchronous motor specifically designed for utensil operation such as machine tools and automation systems for tasks in paper-processing, food-processing, packing and handling. It functions both as a main drive and servo motor, and ensures cost-efficiency when integrated with drive controllers from the same manufacturer. The motor offers high overload capacity and operational reliability owing to its thermal overload protection. With its Digital Servo Feedback motor encoder, this motor ensures precise speed and position control. It also comes with a plain shaft with sealing rings and a robust data memory facilitating quick start-up. It's designed to dissipate heat from the stator windings to the outer motor housing, making it surface cooled. To withstand adverse conditions, the motor has a weather and dilute acids resistant black prime coat, a closed design and IP 65 protection rating. The motor operates best at temperatures below 45°C and at altitudes not exceeding 1000m above sea level.
