The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD115B-058-NG1-AN is a durable, low-inertia servo motor from the MHD series, ideal for continuous start-stop operations. Incorporating permanent magnets in its rotor, these synchronous motors can harmoniously pair with Rexroth’s digital drive controllers to optimize various automation applications. Highly resistant to overheating, the motor includes a natural and liquid cooling design along with thermal sensors to avert detrimental overload conditions. The maximum motor speed is 6000 rpm, with a moment of rotor inertia of 93.2 x 10-4 kgm2. Four pole pairs are present with a theoretical torque of 160.0Nm. The motor also features an electrically-released holding brake with 70Nm torque for securing the motor axis when de-energized. The integral digital servo feedback encoder enables swift motor start-up and safe integration with its drive controller. Holding an IP 65 rating, the motor is fully safeguarded from dust, touch, and water jets.
