The model features a power connection on the right-side housing, which facilitates both surface and natural cooling. Benefiting from an IP65 protection certification, the MHD115 synchronous motor is safeguarded against dust particles and water jets. Operable at a rated current of 15 A and frequency of 100 Hz, it delivers 3.2 kW power and 17.0 Nm torque under natural cooling. With surface cooling, the motor provides 75 Nm constant torque and can reach 4000 RPM. Weighing 40 kg, the motor has a thermal constant of 40 minutes when surface-cooled and 90 minutes when naturally cooled. The motor also incorporates a 3.8-kilogram holding brake and a digital feedback mechanism. Careful installation as per IM V3 design is necessary to prevent fluid damage.
