The MHD115B-058-PP1-AA is a versatile servo motor from the MHD series, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed for durability and optimal performance, this motor is adept at handling industrial applications such as machine tools, handling and automation, food machines, and paper machines. Along with broad compatibility with various drive controllers, it features an integrated 70 Nm holding brake to prevent unintended shaft rotation, releasing only after a 24 Volts DC signal is applied. This maintenance-free motor combines high operating reliability with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder and digital servo feedback. It has a sealed housing and connectors conferring IP65 rated dust and low-pressure water jet resistance. The motor operates within 0 to 40°C with heat dissipation options of natural convection or surface cooling. It also features a wear-resistant seal, requiring intermittent check and replacement to prevent motor oil leakage and contamination ingress. The power connector is situated on side A of the housing.
