The MHD115C-024-NG1-AA is a highly advanced industrial motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed for use in a variety of industrial operations, it employs cutting-edge technology to facilitate efficient functioning of complex machines such as robotic, metal forming, and food processing machines. This motor is characterized by its electronic commutation, enabling it to produce high output torque across a wide speed range and ensuring continuous start-stop operation at high frequency. The MHD115C-024-NG1-AA doesn't necessitate integration into an additional control cabinet as its housing offers maximum protection against foreign substances. It is coated with a black, corrosive-resistant substance for defense against dilute acids, alkalis, lyes and hydraulic oils. This high-performance motor also features an effective temperature regulation mechanism for overload protection while in operation. A special holding brake holds the load in place when the motor is inactive. This brake needs a current of approximately 1.29 amperes to operate and produces a holding torque of 70 newton meters.
