The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD115C-035-NP0-BN is a powerful synchronous motor, designed to deliver superior performance even under tough conditions. This motor is engineered with a rated power of 4.3 kW, a speed of 1,000 RPM, and torque of 35.6 Nm under natural convection at 60 K. It can handle both radial and axial forces with a maximum theoretical torque of 231 Nm. The device weighs 55.8 kg, excluding the holding brakes and blower unit, and has a power connection on the B side of the casing. It is anticipated to operate at 2,000 RPM and has a thermal time constant of 30 minutes when operating in liquid cooling mode at 60/100 K. It comes with a moment of inertia of 138.0 x 10-4 kgm2, winding inductivity of 1.96 mH and digital servo feedback. This motor incorporates an encoder that repeatedly sends the current position of the motor to the drive controller for precise speed and position adjustments.
