The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD115C-059-PP1-BA is a 8-pole synchronous motor equipped with an electrically-activated holding brake. This motor operates at a DC-link voltage of 24VDC and can generate holding torque of 70 Nm. Offering continuous torque transmission, the motor requires a continuous power of 16 - 25.6 A to produce a consistent torque of 19.2 – 30.7 Nm. It can deliver a rated performance of 2.4 - 6.6 kW at 1000 rpm under natural cooling and 7.7 kW at 2000 rpm with surface cooling. The motor includes a blower connected to a power source of AC 115 - 230 V for the forced cooling system. It uses a B-side power connector to draw AC input power in the range of 88 -175 V and has IMV1, IMV3, and IMB5 mounting capabilities. The model also features a multiturn absolute encoder with integrated digital servo feedback for accurate position detection. It is advised to handle the motor with lifting sling belts to prevent damage, and ensure it is installed in a dust-free environment.
