The MIV04-1-B1 is an inverter unit designed and manufactured by Okuma, a globally recognized CNC machine tools and factory automation products manufacturer. This unit, part of Okuma's MIV Inverter Series, is designed to operate spindle motors and axis drive motors. Operating with a 300 VDC and 24 VDC DC power supply, the MIV04-1-B1 communicates with its peripherals through the servo, encoder, and converter links. The unit comes with a built-in control board specifically designed for motor control to operate both a spindle motor and an axis drive motor. It features a 4Kw L side unit capacity to run the motors smoothly and offers closed-loop positioning through its position feedback system. This inverter unit is made unique with a combination of a BL motor or PREX motor with an ICB1 control board and includes built-in firmware for ICB, eliminating the need for separate acquisition.
