The Okuma MIV0404-1-B3 is a robust inverter unit designed for interoperability with various motor types, delivering excellent durability. This unit possesses three communication pathways including the encoder link, servo link, and converter link. It houses a built-in control board that oversees motor operations. The inverter can receive power from either a 24 VDC control power unit or a 300 VDC power supply unit. Moreover, a single DC power supply can energize two inverter units simultaneously. A 7-segment LED panel on the MIV0404-1-B3 provides operational details such as normal functioning and alarm status, with the latter displaying an error code in case of malfunction. The integrated FCP board in the servo link serves as the network connection master. Controller ID numbers can be assigned to the MIV unit through an axis-specific 5-bit switch mechanism as depicted in the controller ID table in the user manual.
