The MKD025B-144-KG1-UN by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a high-performance digital synchronous servo motor from the MKD Series, designed for efficient yet cost-effective operation. Engineered for reliability and withstanding adverse environmental conditions, this motor ensures operational safety and overload protection. The motor offers quick start-up and easy cabling due to its DIN 42948 mounting flange and 270-degree turnable power and encoder connectors. The resolver feedback, integrated with a multi-turn absolute encoder, provides precise measurement of rotation angle and count. This motor has a flange size of 54mm, a driving shaft with a sealing ring, and a holding brake capacity of 22Nm. With a maximum speed of 9,000 rpm, the motor has a rated voltage of 94.7V at 60K motor overtemperature and 98.4V at 100K, and a rated frequency of 250 Hz. To maintain optimum performance, store the motor horizontally in a dry, vibration and dust-free environment at temperatures between -20°C and 80°C before installation.
