The MKD041B-143-KG1-KN digital synchronous AC motor by Bosch Rexroth offers a cost-effective solution for automation systems, featuring high dynamics and performance capabilities. Designed for easy attachment and compatible with automation and handling systems, the motor supports continuous start-stop operation with high repeat frequencies due to electrical commutation. The drive controller must be programmed for application-specific functions before startup. The device adheres to national EMC regulations and must be connected with electrical circuits featuring safe isolation against high voltage circuits. The motor comes with a plain shaft, a 50mm centering diameter flange, and an electrically-releasing holding brake. With a winding inductance of 5mH and a prime coat resistant to dilute lyes and acids, the motor can be customized for special purposes, such as in the food industry. The holding brake is controlled by the connected drive controller and may wear off after 20,000 motor revolutions.
