Presenting the MKD090B-085-KP1-BN, a superb permanent magnet motor from Bosch Rexroth, designed with electrical communication for continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. This MKD synchronous motor ensures optimal reliability and high overload protection, thanks to its integrated temperature sensor within the winding. Power is drawn directly from the respective drive controller's A1, A2, and A3 terminals, and the motor features a top-located B-side power connector. The model also includes an operational holding brake, producing a holding torque of 22 Nm at a continuous current of 0.71 A, with a supply voltage tolerance of 24 VDC at ±10%. Outfitted with four pole pairs, the MKD090B-085-KP1-BN delivers high torque for a variety of applications. With its digital servo feedback utilizing an inductive measuring method for absolute indirect positioning across 4096 motor revolutions, it offers precision control. This model weighs approximately 14 kg, features both natural and surface cooling modes, and is protected by an IP 65 rating.
