The Bosch Rexroth MKD112A-024-GG0-BN synchronous motor is designed for precise operation and reliable performance under various loading conditions. Utilizing natural air cooling with an optional axial blower unit operating at 115-230 V AC, it offers flexibility for different cooling requirements. The motor has a total weight of 23 kg, while the blower unit weighs 1.2 kg. This model operates at a rated voltage of 314-332 V (natural air cooling) or 355 V (blower cooling), with a rated frequency of 167 Hz and consumes 6.2-12 A of rated current, generating a continuous torque of 10.1-19.4 Nm. Lacking a motor holding brake, the unit features a winding code of 024 with 14 mH of winding inductance. Ideal for use as a servo/main spindle drive motor in digital intelligent drive systems, it employs resolver feedback for speed and position control. The model features a plain driven shaft with shaft sealing rings, operates within a temperature range of 0-40°C, and its housing is IP 65 rated.
