Introducing the MKD112A-024-GP1-BN, an energy-efficient and durable product from Bosch Rexroth, designed for optimal performance in industrial automation. This synchronous motor is designed to operate in tandem with a digital drive controller and boasts user-friendly cabling provided by an A-side power connector situated on top of the motor. This connector also enables a connection for both a temperature sensor and a holding brake. The motor operates on a rated voltage of 314 – 355 V and utilizes digital resolver feedback for indirect position detection. With natural cooling, the motor delivers 3.2 kW at 60-K overtemperature and 4.8 kW at 100-K overtemperature, while surface cooling provides 6.4 kW of power. An optional axial blower can be attached for enhanced cooling during extreme loads. In addition, a motor holding brake and an output shaft with a key are integrated into the design. With an estimated bearing life of around 30,000 operating hours and an operational temperature range of 0 – 40 degrees Celsius, this motor also includes a one-year warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. Clad with IP65 protection standards, the MKD112A-024-GP1-BN is built to last.
