The MKD112B-024-KP0-AN Synchronous Motor from Indramat boasts a reliable, low-maintenance operation due to its brushless design, completely closed housing, and lifetime lubrication. Providing an orderly performance within a compact and lightweight structure, this model offers standard or radial cooling options and reaches 2000 revolutions per minute without a holding brake. Adhering to the DIN 6885, Sheet 1, ed. 08.68 specifications, its output shaft features a keyway with the motor balanced with the entire key. The side A default position power connector is only available in this design, which is of size 112 and length B, having a centering diameter of 130mm and weighing approximately 75 pounds. Utilizing INS0480 connection and INS 0481 plug, this motor can deliver maximum torque up to 102 and should be installed with a tightening torque of 87Nm for optimal operation. Ensure proper storage in the horizontal position and maintain a connection to the round wire of all electrical units. Battery replacement should occur when the machine is under load, and operating this motor at elevations above 1000 meters is not recommended.
