The MKD112B-048-KP0-AN is a high-performance synchronous motor developed by Bosch Rexroth, suitable for use in various automation applications like machine tools, handling systems, and food-processing machines. Boasting a brushless design and prime black coat housing, this motor operates effectively even in harsh conditions, with an IP 65 protection rating to resist dust and low-pressure water jets. It operates at a nominal speed of 2800 rpm and delivers continuous power of 2.7 to 11 kW when connected to a 227 to 251 V power source. The motor relies on natural air cooling and an optional axial/radial blower for surface cooling. It is capable of producing continuous torque of 7.7 to 30.6 Nm with a maximum theoretical torque of 102 Nm at 4500 rpm. The model's digital servo feedback allows for detection of the absolute indirect shaft position, and it can be mounted in IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3 mounting positions. This motor performs optimally up to 40°C and comes with a one-year replacement warranty from Servo Supplier.
