Introducing the MKD112B-048-KP0-BN, a high-performance and reliable AC servo motor from Rexroth Bosch Indramat's MKD synchronous motor series. With a motor size of '112' and a 'B' shaft length, this motor features a 192mm flange size, a 130mm centering diameter, a mass of 34kg, and a rotor moment of inertia of 192 x 104 kgm2. Offering a continuous standstill torque of 28Nm and a rated torque of 7.7Nm, it also has an impressive maximum speed of 3500min-1 and an operational speed of 2800 min-1 with a rated current of 6.9A and terminal voltage of 227V. The motor utilizes natural convection cooling and is equipped with a resolver feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder for closed-loop control, making it ideal for precision applications. Although it does not have a holding brake, the model features a shaft with a keyway and key in compliance with DIN 6885-1 (with shaft sealing ring). The MKD112B-048-KP0-BN is IP65 certified, ensuring water and dust protection, and includes electrical connectors mounted on the top 'B'-side. This low-maintenance and cost-effective motor is an excellent addition to the MKD series of synchronous AC servomotors.
