The MKD112C-024-GG3-BN synchronous motor by Bosch Rexroth is designed for use in various industrial applications such as food industries, machine tools, handling systems, and general automation systems. This high-performance motor utilizes natural convection cooling, with an optional blower unit for surface cooling during peak load conditions. It delivers continuous torque at high speed with extreme precision and accuracy, offering a torque range of 38-57 Nm at 2000 rpm while consuming 26.6-39.9 A of current. The motor housing is coated with a prime black coat to protect against weather, corrosion, and acids, and the motor operates with a plain rotor providing 5.2-14.1 kW of rated power. Equipped with a 70 Nm holding brake and digital resolver feedback for accurate position control, the MKD112C-024-GG3-BN has an IP65 protection rating and is supplied with a one-year replacement warranty. This reliable and efficient synchronous motor is a versatile solution for various industrial applications.
