The Rexroth MKD112C-024-GP0-BN is an AC Synchronous Motor from Bosch, a leader in motion control technology. This industrial motor, known for its high torque performance and broad power spectrum, is part of Rexroth's MKD series renowned for its robust design and compactness. This motor variant offers a rated torque of 16.6Nm to 44.1Nm and operates at a rated speed and frequency of 2500 RPM and 167Hz respectively. It has the capacity to accelerate up to 4000 RPM and generate a maximum torque of 148Nm, all in a relatively lightweight 45kg package. The MKD112C-024-GP0-BN motor is designed to withstand extreme environmental conditions, protected by an IP65 enclosure, effective against dust infiltration and high-pressure water jets. This motor maintains performance in a temperature range of -20oC to 80oC and includes a resolver feedback encoder for accurate communication with the driver. The drive shaft is fitted with a DIN 6885-1 keyway for easy device interfacing.
