The Kollmorgen MMC-SD-3.0-230-D is a high-performance MMC drive designed for diverse automation requirements. This digital-controlled unit receives commands via its digital link connection, improving the automation experience. Offering a single-phase drive with a 230V connection, it can be updated periodically with flash memory technology. The drive comes with an internal switch to control the mechanical brake, as well as eight 24VDC inputs and four outputs. The device also features a serial port for PC communication through the PicPro software. Easy installation is enabled by a built-in power supply while the diagnostics module simplifies error reporting, such as over speed and over current faults, among others. The drive utilizes plug-and-play cable sets for effortless integration, and the user-friendly PicPro software enables easy configuration, tuning, and maintenance. Its auto-tune feature allows automatic load inertia detection, simplifying servo tuning. The phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground protections ensure safe utilization, and an advanced feedback system aids in choosing suitable feedback technology for each application.
