The MSK040B-0450-NN-M2-UG1-NNNN synchronous servomotor is a product from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, boasting an integrated 4Nm electrically released holding brake and an EnDat 2.1 optical encoder. The encoder has 2,048 increments, 4,096 distinguishable revolutions, and a system accuracy of +/-20 angular seconds. The motor is to be installed and operated in perfect condition and must not be connected to a direct mains single-phase or three-phase network. The device must be safeguarded against salt mist, condensation, ice, and direct sunlight while in transit or storage. Note that excessive temperature fluctuation or high-temperature conditions are unsuitable for the unit. The holding brake comes with 24V rated voltage and 0.5A rated current. The servomotor is constructed with insulation and has attained a thermal class of 155 as per EN 60034-1. Also, it is outfitted with IP 67-rated connectors, with a sound pressure level under 75 dBA.
