The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MSK040C-0450-NN-S3-UP1-NNNN is a durable and cost-effective solution for automation-related tasks. The product is a compact, synchronous motor featuring a 4 Nm holding brake, making it ideal for managing shaft standstill during deceleration. The motor includes a natural cooling function with optional fan installation and is designed to withstand harsh environments, thanks to its robust IP65 protection standard. Its use of an optical encoder enables precise control of speed and rotor position. The unit comes with a shaft sealing ring to avoid oil leakage, and has 0.00014 kgm2 rotor inertia. Working optimally with a drive controller from the IndraDyn S series, it delivers excellent dynamics and a constant torque of 1.25 Nm/A. Provisions for an electrical connection include a 240° rotatable connector and the motor consumes 76.7 V/1000 rpm at 20°C under continuous operation. The motor winding resistance is 7.4 Ohms with 37.9 mH winding inductivity.
