The MSK040C-0600-NN-M3-UG0-NNNN is a state-of-the-art servo motor, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is part of the versatile IndraDyn S range and boasts a compact design built for durability and resistance to elements such as dilute acids, water, sewage, and seawater. The motor also offers some resistance to organic solvents and hydraulic oil. Accurate position detection is achieved thanks to a capacitive multiturn absolute encoder with Hiperface interface for 16 signal periods. The motor features a rotatable connector offering up to 240 degrees of adjustment for the flange socket's orientation. This model has no holding brake, a smooth shaft and seals with a sealing ring. It delivers a maximum speed of 7,500 RPM and torque up to 8.1 Nm, with continuous standstill torques of 2.7 Nm at 60k and 3.1 Nm at 100 K. The motor is IP65-rated, protected from dust, water jets, and finger contact. This motor cools naturally and operates best in 0 - 40 °C with 0%-95% relative air humidity and a thermal change rate of 0.5 °C/min.
