Performance data are provided for two distinct thermal models: a 60K increase in housing temperature and a 100K increase in motor winding temperature, calculated for an ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. This unit features an advanced absolute multi-turn encoder with 16 signal periods and a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM. Furthermore, the motor is equipped with a rotatable 240-degree power connector, a plain shaft with standard sealing, and an electrically-released integrated holding brake with a 4Nm holding torque. The convection-cooled motor housing supports an operating temperature range of 0-40 degrees Celsius and features an IP65 environmental protection rating. At a lightweight 3.6 kilograms, this efficient servo motor should be installed and commissioned by trained professionals following provided safety guidelines.
