Bosch Rexroth Indramat introduces the MSK043C-0600-NN-S1-AG0-NNNN servo motor equipped with a single-turn encoder for precise matching of motor parameters. With 128 signal periods, the encoder feeds data to the drive controller which adjusts speed and position, providing an effective closed-loop control system for industrial use, including machine tools, metal-forming machines and robotics. The motor (sans holding brake) includes a smooth-encased main shaft sealed by a ring, and an IP65 housing designed for convection cooling. At 60K condition, it yields 2.7 Nm continuous torque, 3.6 Amps continuous current, a top torque and current of 12.5 Nm and 18.5 Amps respectively. With a 0.78 Nm/A torque and 48 Volts/1000 RPM voltage constant at 20 degrees Celsius, this model has a 2.1 nanofarad leakage capacitance. With a thermal time constant of 17 minutes and maximum speed of 7500 RPM, it produces a sound pressure of up to 75 dB, and weighs roughly 3.6 kg. Bosch recommends operating temperature to range between 0-40 degrees Celsius for optimal performance.
