The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MSK050B-0450-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN is a high-performing servo motor known for its enhanced concentricity and run-out according to DIN 42955. Due to its wide range compatibility with drive controllers, it is adaptable in various industries such as packaging, printing and machine tools. Designed with IP65-rated housing, it is resilient against dust and low-pressure water jets, thus allowing installation near operating machinery without requiring an enclosure. Weighing 5.4 kilograms, this servo motor has a 050 frame size, a B frame length, and a winding coded 0450. Adding to its flexibility, the connectors can be rotated 240 degrees. It features a smooth shaft with a sealing ring and includes an inbuilt optical encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface. Its integrated brake has a holding torque of 6 Nm, with a 20 millisecond connection time and a 60 millisecond disconnection time. Using natural convection for cooling, this motor runs optimally between 0-40°C and up to an altitude of 1000 meters as validated by DIN EN 60034-1. If these conditions are surpassed, a reduced performance should be expected.
