The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MSK070E-0300-NN-S2-UP1-RNNN synchronous servomotor boasts improved concentricity and runout, adhering to DIN 42955 specifications. Its features include a 23Nm electrically releasing brake and a maintenance and repair cooling period of at least 140 minutes. Regular inspections are recommended to check for damaged connection cables. The servomotor could vibrate due to poorly balanced coupling components. Its construction comprises of brass, copper, steel, aluminum, and other magnetic elements, with a maximum operating temperature of 55°C. The DIN6886-1 spec keyway shaft houses a radial sealing ring, highly resistant to chemicals and oils. When operated under specified conditions and without exceeding load limits, the bearing has a lifespan of 30,000 hours. Note that very rigid couplings might cause a high bearing and shaft load. An inoperable motor could be due to a faulty electronic brake or controller. It offers a safe KTY84 temperature sensor embedded in the stator.
