The MSK071C-0300-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an industrial motor hailing from their MSK range, comprised of a rotor, stator with wiring, bearings, an encoder, with an optional holding brake. Noteworthy, the main shaft features a keyway and sealing ring which works to shield the bearings and preempt oil leakage. The shaft seal, however, degrades over time and requires replacement. The motor comes in standard housing suitable for convection cooling. The anticipated operating conditions are 0-40 degrees Celsius and a 0-1000 meter elevation. The MSK071C-0300-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN doesn't include a holding brake but a 23Nm and 30Nm version is optional. Continuous standstill torque and current are calculated at 12Nm and 7.3A respectively, with peak readings at 44Nm and 32.9A. The servo motor’s speed can hit up to 5000 RPM and weighs 13.9 kg. An IP65 protection class is provided and a 128-signal period optical multiturn encoder is integrated. The motor is powered through a drive controller using rotating connectors.
