The MSK071E-0300-NN-S1-UG2-NNNN is a compact, flexible, and high-torque servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the IndraDyn S MSK series. These motors, commonly used in machine tools and metal-forming machines, can be tailored to suit specific requirements due to the integration of optional features. The said motor utilizes a single-turn absolute encoder via an optical method for indirect position detection within a single mechanical rotation, assuring system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. The memory feature of the encoder secures quick start-ups and smooth adaptation to the drive controller. With a max speed of 4200 RPM, max torque of 84.0Nm, and the capacity to handle a brief max current of 56.3A, this motor uses natural convection for heat dissipation. A built-in KTY84 thermal sensor along with an independent temperature monitoring system safeguards the motor from overheating.
