Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MSK075D-0200-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN is a versatile and powerful MSK servo motor with a capacity for various applications due to its customizable features. The motor maintains a maximum speed of 3,800 revolutions per minute, featuring a plain output shaft with a non-positive shaft-hub connection ensuring zero-backlash. It includes an electrically-released 23Nm holding brake for axis maintenance when disconnected from power. The durable, fully-sealed housing offers dust, touch and water-spray resistance, achieving an IP 65 rating according to IEC 60529. Its protective black epoxy resin coating withstands alkaline solutions, dilute acids, and seawater. The motor houses a multi-turn Hiperface interface encoder that delivers high-precision positioning within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations, resulting in quick boot-up and safe drive controller adaptation. With a maximum torque of 64.0Nm, the considered design also integrates a temperature sensor within the windings to prevent overload damage.
