The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MSK075E-0450-NN-M1-UP2-NNNN is a synchronous servomotor designed to be safely lifted using crane and loop lifting straps. It features bolted flange connections and requires de-energization before any maintenance work. Inoperative under a missing or faulty signal from the controller, it takes a cooling time of about 140 minutes. Suitable for use in explosive atmospheres as per ATEX 94/9/EC directives, it must operate within its specified component configurations and combinations. The motor runs with the manufacturer's drive controller, a converter-like device. It can attain a maximum housing temperature of 155°C and has a redundant grounding system. Also, it includes an optical encoder system, a 70Nm electrically-released holding brake, and an output shaft without a keyway. The encoder integrates a multiturn absolute Hiperface interface with 128 signal periods. The product, which is safe and free from hazardous substances, is shipped globally with a one-year backup support.
