The MSK100A-0450-NN-M1-BP1-NNNN, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a compact servo motor renowned for its ease of installation and high torque density. Serving as an integral component of the Rexroth IndraDrive system, this motor offers wide application flexibility. The servo motor is designed with a high resistance against dilute acids, alkaline solutions, mineral oils, and seawater, courtesy of its black 2K epoxy resin coating. The fully sealed outer housing has an IP 65 rating, making it touch-proof, dustproof, and water-resistant. An internal thermal sensor monitors the motor temperature to avoid overheating. Heat dissipation is achieved via natural convection, wherein heat is conducted from the motor to surrounding air and machine surfaces. The incorporated multiturn absolute encoder captures absolute positions across 4,096 mechanical motor rotations and offers ±80 angular seconds system accuracy. With a maximum speed of 6,000 RPM and an output shaft equipped with a keyway and shaft sealing ring, this servo motor ensures high operational reliability.
