The MSK100B-0300-NN-S1-AG1-NNNN is a high-grade synchronous servo motor by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, part of the IndraDyn S series. It distinguishes itself with a dense, compact build, high torque output, and high-precision encoder systems. Equipped with an optical encoder and a Hiperface interface, it ensures accurate detection and reporting of the motor's relative position. This servo motor eliminates the need for incremental encoders, stores motor parameters for quick start-ups, and safely adjusts to the drive controller. With the ability to achieve a torque of up to 102.0 Nm and a nominal speed of 3,000 rpm, this motor provides reliable and efficient operation. It also features a non-backlash shaft-hub connection, fluid protection through DIN 3760 - design A shaft sealing, four pole pairs and a 0.01920 kgm2 rotor. The motor leverages natural convection for cooling, and it employs a KTY84-type thermal sensor along with a temperature model to prevent thermal overload. It has also an in-built, electrically-released holding brake for enhanced safety.
