The MSK100B-0300-NN-S1-BP1-NNNN is a servo motor from the MSK series by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The motor has a standard housing with an IP65 ingress protection rating, making it resistant to dust and low-pressure fluid jets. It comes with an optical singleturn encoder that supports Hiperface and, combined with a drive controller, forms an efficient servo system that measures motor speed and torque. The readings are then communicated to the controller, which adjusts its output accordingly. The motor's electrical connection is on side B and it also has a feedback connector. It features a 32 Nm holding brake that operates after receiving a 24 volts DC release signal. The motor operates within a 0 to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and can be cooled naturally or using surface cooling. Bosch also offers liquid-cooled MSK motors.
