The MSK100B-0450-NN-M1-BG2-NNNN, a component of the MSK motor series, is a synchronous servo motor made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Comprised of a compact and high torque density design, it offers a peak torque of up to 631 Nm. Options of low, medium, or high resolution are afforded by various encoder systems in singleturn or multiturn versions. This motor is adaptable in several industrial applications namely machine tools, packaging and food-processing machines, including printing and paper-processing machines. The motor delivers a continuous torque at standstill of 28 Nm and draws continuous current of 28.5 Amps at standstill. The MSK100B-0450-NN-M1-BG2-NNNN is an IP65 safety standard-compliant motor with cooling by natural convection. If necessary, either axial or radial fan units can be installed to provide forced-air cooling. The motor can sustain a maximum ambient temperature of 55 degrees Celsius and can function at elevations up to 3000 meters. It's equipped with a 70 Nm holding brake and an optical multiturn encoder, and features a plain main shaft with a seal.
